Fresh citrus aromas are accented by soft, creamy yeast characters. Flavors of green apple and lemon cream linger along with the bubbles on the palate.

Crisp and refreshing wine that offers inviting aromas of honeydew melon, pear, lemongrass and hints of spice. On the palate, pink grapefruit, white tea and citrus zest flavors combine with lively acidity and lead to a long, clean finish.

Initially dominated by floral and white fruit aromas, developing into notes of honeysuckle, apple and pear. Extremely fruity and almost creamy on the palate, with a steady stream of bubbles.
